Together, we’ll explore the deep questions: “Why did your soul choose to come to this world? What are you here to birth, to embody, to be?”
I will share authentically and vulnerably about my spiritual awakening journey: from living a life that seemed exciting and successful on the outside but was deeply disconnected from my body and soul- to having a radical awakening, giving away all of my possessions and dedicating my life to discovering how to liberate myself so I could support others in doing the same.
In the session, we will:

Illuminate the blocks, limiting beliefs and old unmetabolized emotions standing in the way of the more beautiful life your heart knows is possible- and the more beautiful world that we can co-create together

Do guided practices to help you identify your soul’s purpose and discover what has held back its full embodied expression

Explore grounded somatic tools to expand your capacity to be a conduit for all that is ready to flow through you and be shared in the world

You’ll leave with clarity about your next steps, and a renewed sense of inspiration and inner alignment
